We all have days when we feel too tired to do anything. Some of us have more of those others - that may be a cause for concern and should be taken advice for. Sleep it off
Sounds too obvious to be stated, eh? But many of us do not give our bodies enough rest through the week, which is why even by the end of the weekend, we feel as tired as before. Don’t do anything that requires a lot of energy
Not just physically tired, sometimes you are emotionally and mentally tired and you don’t recognise it. We are asked to push ourselves out of bed and get that drink. Don’t get that drink - really. Go for the easy wins
Instead of doing something that requires a lot of energy to make you feel better, go for the easy wins - dance it out at home, watch a happy movie to make yourself feel better, go your dishes, cook a meal. These things are therapeutic and also save money, time, and effort.
