3 Ways To Not Come On Too Strong At The Beginning Of A Relationship
It is widely accepted that one shouldn't seem too eager when dealing with a crush

Let's be honest, we all tend to behave a little silly when it comes to having a crush on someone. Wee bit of tingly feelings for someone and we lose our senses, only to be left at the good graces of our friends who then bring us back to the ground. But sometimes we tend to mess things up with that person we are attracted to by running a little too fast, or coming on too strong. And when that happens, we mostly end up feeling sad about the situation and frustrated at ourselves.

But there are ways to calm ourselves down and keep cool when we have a crush on someone so as to not come on too strongly. They need to see us for the amazing person we are at all times rather than a jittery, love struck person. Here are some ways to go about it.

Don't text/call too much

That is the biggest red flag a crush sees. It makes you look a little desperate and a little too eager. We all know that right in the beginning those feelings are a little too much to take but we have to keep those feelings in check. Don't make a day in day out routine of texting the crush. Let them also make an initiative. Keep it cool.

Asking for too much

In the beginning of a relationship, the standard rule is to not do anything that would freak YOU out. This way you are mindful of not subjecting the other person to those things. Don't ask them to meet you all the time, monopolise their time, hint at wondering where this is going and what stage you are at - the likes.

Being too available

Just because you have a crush on someone doesn't mean you stop focussing on your own life. Your life is still your own and that is what you should be keeping on rather than making it about them. This way even they know you have a life, and you keep your emotions in check.
