Decorative items/flower vase
There are so many ways to decorate these bottles; you can paint them, embellish them, draw motifs on them, whatever you want. Then you can either proceed to use these as flower vases or use them as decorative items on counters and tables.

Keep your plants hydrated
If you have a potted plant, fill up a cleaned empty bottle with fresh water and place it upside down with the mouth inside the pot. This makes sure that your plant gets a steady supply of water. This works well when you are going out of town for some days.

Bottle lamp/candle
If you cut off the base of a glass bottle, you can use the top 3/4th half as a hanging lamp by putting a wired bulb through the base and the mouth of the bottle. You can put several of these together to make it look like a chandelier. You can also cover a candle with the top half of the bottle and make it look pretty.
