1. The Singleton Old Fashioned

This is a refreshing twist on the classic whisky cocktail that will have you asking for more.

Ingredients Required

60ml of The Singleton Of Glendullan, 5ml of orgeat (almond syrup), 2 dashes of bitters, 1 orange twist. You can take a substitute of a different syrup if needed, for example, hazelnut or simple syrup.

Method To Make

At first, place a large block of ice in a heavy-bottomed glass and keep it in the freezer for a few minutes. Now add all ingredients to an ice-filled mixing glass and keep stirring for 20 seconds. Taste it to check the dilution and stir more if needed. Strain it into a chilled glass and finish with a squeeze of the essential oil from an orange peel over the cocktail. Now just relax and enjoy!

2. Talisker Sour

You cannot miss trying this smoky version of Whisky Sour made with a single malt whisky.

Ingredients Required

60ml of Talisker 10yr, 30ml of lemon juice, 15ml of sugar syrup, 20ml of Egg white, 2 Dashes of bitters. You can remove egg whites if needed. However, the texture will be less silky.

Method To Make

First of all, add all ingredients to a shaker and shake for about 5 seconds without ice. Now add ice to the shaker and hard shake for 10 seconds. After that, double strain the mixture into a chilled glass and voila! The Talisker Sour is ready. Garnish it with a sprig of dill.

3. The Dutch Mule

Enjoy this zesty vodka cocktail specifically made for a perfect brunch.

Ingredients Required

60ml of Ketel One vodka, 15ml of fresh lime juice, 15ml of fresh ginger juice, 20ml of sugar syrup and 120ml of soda water

Method To Make

Add all ingredients to a glass or a copper mug. Now stir well. Fill glass with ice and garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of fresh mint. Your cocktail is ready.

4. Tanqueray & Tonic

Ingredients Required

50ml of Tanqueray London dry gin, 150ml of Indian tonic water. That's it!

Method To Make

At first, fill a large wineglass with some ice. Now pour Tanqueray and tonic water together into it. Stir it well and finally garnish with a twist (or slice) of fresh citrus. Cheers!
