Place two eggs to hard boil for a couple of minutes in a pot of water. While that's going on, wash, peel and slice cucumbers, carrots and bell peppers into thick, long strips. Peel and cool the eggs, then slice and serve with a sprinkle of chaat masala. Along with it, serve the vegetable crudites with a dollop of mustard.

3. Apple Chips

Wash three - four apples, then peel and remove their core. Slice the apples into thin slices and dab any excess juice from them. Place the apple slices on a baking tray and sprinkle them with cinnamon powder and a drizzle of honey. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 160 degrees and turn the chips on the other side after 20 minutes.
