50ml Amarula
Ice
Method
Place ice in glass and pour Amarula over it. Serve immediately.

Method
Layer ingredients in a glass - peppermint liqueur first followed by Amarula slowly over the back of a teaspoon so the ingredients don't mix.

25ml thick cream

Method

30ml Amarula
30ml vodka
30ml chocolate liqueur
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
Crushed ice
Chocolate shavings
Method
Mix the Amarula, vodka, chocolate liqueur and ice cream with crushed ice in a cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly. Pour into a tumbler and garnish with chocolate shavings.
