1. Oatmeal And Sugar Scrub
This scrub will easily remove the dry flakes to enhance skin renewal. Sugar has granules, thus expediting the exfoliation while oatmeal with its hydrating properties keeps the skin surface healthy and hydrated. You can add a spoon of an essential oil to the mixture. Add half a cup of sugar to a bowl with one or two spoons of oil. Stir it well with a quarter cup of oats. Use the mixture as a scrub.
2. Green Tea And Sugar Scrub
Green tea is a rich antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties. Green tea also contains caffeine which helps soothe the skin of redness. Add a cup of sugar and one spoon of green tea powder to a bowl. Add a few drops or more(depending on your preferred consistency) of natural oil to the mixture and use the scrub for supple skin.
3. Multigrain Yogurt Scrub
Each of the grains has its own nutritive value and properties which can have numerous benefits for the skin. While multigrain powder can exfoliate, curd or yogurt can instantly moisturise the skin. Add equal quantities of rice powder, black sesame powder, oats powder in a bowl. Add a spoon or two of curd to the mixture. You may add a few drops of rosewater to it for soothing the skin.

Dried orange peels can be grinded to make a fine powder. Add salt to this powder and a few drops of lavender oil to it. The tiny particles of coffee powder are well-known exfoliators while coffee is also known to reduce the appearance of cellulite. While the granules of coffee will get rid of the dead skin cells, coconut oil will instantly moisturise the skin. If you have acne-prone skin, instead of coconut oil, which may block the pores, opt for lighter oils like argan oil.
