The number of times we've skipped breakfast because we've woken up late are countless. So how can you make sure to eat without wasting time? With pre-prepared overnight oats. The no-cook meal just needs assembling the previous night so that you can warm it up in the morning or devour it cold!

1. Chocolate Almond Overnight Oats

Combine half a cup of rolled oats with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 3 finely chopped almonds, 2 tablespoons of honey and half a cup of milk. Mix the ingredients well and transfer to an airtight jar or bowl. Refrigerate overnight or for 4 - 5 hours minimum. Then open, mix and enjoy!

2. Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

To try this seasonal favourite, mix half a cup of rolled oats with 3 tablespoons of pumpkin pulp, half a teaspoon each of nutmeg powder and cinnamon powder with 2 tablespoons of honey and half a cup of milk in a bowl. Stir through well and store in an airtight container overnight to eat for breakfast.

3. PBJ Overnight Oats

This mix of classic flavours is perfect for a busy morning. In a bowl, combine half a cup of rolled oats with half a cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of strawberry or mixed fruit jam. Mix and store overnight in an airtight container to enjoy in the morning.

4. Savoury Overnight Oats

If honey and jam is too sweet for your taste buds, make a cup of savoury overnight oats - it's possible! To do so, mix half a cup of rolled oats with half a cup of milk, quarter cup of shredded cheese and quarter teaspoon each of salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well, store overnight and take your taste buds on a trip the next morning.

5. Banana Bread Overnight Oats

This recipe will almost make you believe you're eating a slice of banana bread! To make it, combine half a cup of rolled oats with 2 mashed bananas, half a cup of yogurt, half a teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts. Stir through well, refrigerate overnight and tuck into it in the morning.
