Sure, millennials hop between jobs more than rabbits but that's because they relentlessly pursue what they're passionate about. If it doesn't stir them, move them or make them grow, they'll be looking for their next opportunity. A strong sense of purpose drives them to do their very best, which is something every employer could learn from.

Since they are constantly switching between Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook through the day, the double taps, likes and retweets are always flowing. They may not meet face-to-face with their buddies as much as they would like to, but they are experts at forging connections and networking, which is a plus point in just about any career.

Millennials consider themselves as more than just ordinary-they're brands. Hence, they treat their social profiles like so, they connect with others professionally, they invest in themselves and they know that appearance is key. Building their own image fine tunes them to do it for their careers, which is a great takeaway for corporate employers.
