6 Things You Should Do To Lose Belly Fat
And the worse thing about sedentary lifestyle is the very stubborn belly fat we all live with

Hitting the gym is trendy now, some people are doing it for the right reasons, others may not be. But somehow, we all need to. Why you ask? Because the sedentary lifestyle that we all tend to lead has made us all unhealthy and fat. Or, if it hasn't yet, it will. And the worse thing about that is the very stubborn belly fat we all live with. Go on, protest, but you know it is true. How we all wish that we could just focus on shedding that weight around our waist, without giving up eating or giving up some delicious beer.

All of can't make time for the gym and many live away from home and it becomes a little tough to handle the diets and all. So what can we do, apart from gyming, so that the stubborn and unrelenting paunch goes away?

1.Keep that muffin down

Sugar is a source of energy, and fat. If you eat too much of it you don't only gain weight but also make yourself prone to a lot of health issues. Cut down on your sugar intake, especially in liquid form.

2. Pick up that fibrous fruit

High fibre food, especially soluble fibre help reduce belly fat. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and also legumes, whole oats and the likes.

3. Go run

Cardio exercises help a lot in burning fat. It obviously has to be a combination exercise - aerobic exercises help in burning a lot of fat and improve health.

4. Put the beer bottle down

Okay you don't have to give it up altogether but you definitely have to reduce the intake. Studies show that alcohol consumption leads to gaining a large amount of belly fat.

5. Protein high

A high protein diet is essential because protein is a satiating food group, so the cravings go down and your body feels satisfied. Protein also helps repair muscle tears.

6. Don't stress

Stress makes you eat more, because your body creates cortisol when you are stressed, which increases appetite. Meditate, that should help.
