But no better way to end a year… or start a new one for that matter."

Here Are Some Yoga Poses To Practice Post Delivery

1. Tadasana

Stand with your feet together, lift your thighs and waist, and elongate your spine. This yoga pose helps in improving posture and aligning the spine, which is especially beneficial for postpartum women experiencing backaches.

2. Bhujangasana

Also known as the Cobra Pose, Bhujangasana involves lying on your stomach and lifting your chest to resemble a cobra. It strengthens the back muscles, opens the chest, and improves spinal flexibility.

3. Balasana

Balasana is a yoga pose that involves kneeling and resting the forehead on the floor. It is a restorative pose that relaxes your body and mind, relieves back strain and stretches the lower back.

4. Yoga Nidra

This yogic sleep meditation technique helps you achieve a state of deep relaxation. It promotes better sleep, reduces stress and rejuvenates the body.

5. Paschimottanasana

This yoga asana stretches the back of the body and improves flexibility in the spine, hips, and lower back.
