The strapless mini dress featured a plunging sweetheart neckline and was attached to a shimmery sieve, embellished with a massive 3D dragonfly. Janelle kept her avant-garde look strictly minimal. Ditching a necklace, Janelle picked a pair of simple studs from the accessories section. Side-parted short bob hair kept her face in the limelight. The actress created a dramatic glam with razor-sharp wing eyeliner and bold red lips. A pair of black Jimmy Choos sealed it all together.

The actress slipped into a shimmery black mini dress with a butterfly embellished sieve. The strapless mini dress came with a sweetheart neckline. The bodycon silhouette was attached to the sieve embellished with multi-coloured butterflies. The leftover gleam was added by a pair of golden hoops and shimmery black heels. Tying her tresses in a sleek bun, the actress grabbed all the focus to her minimal glam look, including kohl-laden eyes, shimmery eyelids, well-structured contours and a brown lip tint.
Coming back to Janelle Monae, for the red carpet of the 66th Grammy Awards, the actress picked a gleaming gown from the shelves of Giorgio Armani. The custom strapless number featured an overall sequin work. The corset-style bodice highlighted a silver sequin piping and flew down to form a flowy hem with a train. The figure-grazing number hugged her in all the right places. Apart from the plunging V-neckline that flew down to her midriff region, the massive 3D layered flower added an extra edge. With a matching choker and a pair of pearl studs, the actress kept her look minimal.
