In the clip, the actor is seen at a gym performing the incline bench press with a 60 kg barbell. The fitness enthusiast lifts the barbell with both hands and brings it down in measured movements. The stress lines on his face are a clear indication of how challenging the activity is. Despite the difficulty, Tiger Shroff continues executing his sets with unparalleled grit and dedication. Tiger Shroff's expertise in flying kicks is not a secret. In a separate Instagram entry, the actor shared a video practicing the particular martial arts. He took his position at first before making a run and finally spun around in a flawless motion. Hats off to his flexibility. “Not usually proud of any of my skills… but this is one where I wonder how I did. Have not seen this one on (films) yet,” read his side note. Incorporating flying kicks into your workout regimen promotes flexibility and helps to burn calories faster. It also reduces stress.
