The following week will start off as anything except ordinary as Monday begins with the 2024 Met Gala. Alongside confirmed guests including Zendaya, Rihanna, Bad Bunny is Hyderabad's Sudha Reddy. The businesswoman and philanthropist is confirmed to grace the extravagant gala, which takes place on May 6, 2024 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Her attendance marks her return for the second time, following her captivating 2021 debut in a custom-designed Falguni Shane Peacock, which solidified her status as an Indian fashionista. Her debut look by the Indian designer duo featured sequin panels and feathered trimming in shades of blue, red and gold. After an entry as striking as that one, all eyes will be on Reddy this Monday to see her sartorial interpretation on the red carpet.

Ahead of the Met Gala 2024, Sudha has aligned creative forces with the Metropolitan Museum of Art. This exciting collaboration will allow her to lend her support to the Museum's mission of celebrating art's power to inspire and connect people across cultures, The 2024 Met Gala will celebrate the Costume Institute's new exhibition, "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion," with the official dress code being "The Garden of Time".

The Met Gala is a star-studded event that not only celebrates fashion but also raises funds to support the Costume Institute's mission. As per Vogue, 2024's exhibit will feature approximately 250 rare items drawn from the Costume Institute's permanent collection. Spanning over 400 years of fashion history, the pieces will include designs by Schiaparelli, Dior, Givenchy, and more. Some garments that are too fragile to ever be worn again will also be displayed via video animation and light projection.

Reddy's presence promises to embody style and a commitment to giving back as one of the stylish Indians on the Met red carpet.
