Ranveer Singh has been on a hiatus from social media and the public eye after the birth of his daughter on September 8, 2024. His wife Deepika Padukone and their entire families were last seen seeking Ganpati Bappa's blessings in lieu of Ganesh Chaturthi at Mumbai's Lalbaughcha Raja pandal. Ranveer Singh's duties began soon after. But the star proved that breaks are important and squeezed in a little gym time between his daddy duties and took to his social media to document it.
Nearly 18 days after welcoming his newborn baby girl home, Ranveer Singh decided to break his social media dry spell with a glimpse into his workout of the day. He can be seen flexing his muscles in activewear donning a thick beard and a man bun. His bicep muscles are charged up indicating that he must have indulged in some kind of a weighted workout. Weighted workouts help increase muscle, and strength, improve posture and balance and help you sculpt your desired physique.
Taking inspiration from Ranveer's pumped muscles at the gym post a workout, here are exercises you can try to stay fit.
1. Triceps Extensions
Triceps extensions are a strengthening exercise that works on your triceps muscles that are in the back of your upper arm. Dumbbells and other weighted workout equipment can be used for this exercise.
2. Cable Curl
The cable curl is an exercise that adds thickness in your arms as it targets the brachialis muscle. The cable machine is used for this workout which keeps a steady load on the biceps for a longer duration.
3. Dumbbell Bench Press
The dumbbell bench press works on the chest, arms and shoulders and allows you to develop a proportionate upper body.
