Alaya F is a big-time fitness enthusiast and her social media posts are proof. The star makes sure to share a glimpse of her workout forms and we are in awe of the different forms of exercise she manages to slay effortlessly. Recently, the star shared a video of her floor work dance routine. In the video, we can see Alaya along with her trainer doing a rigorous dance workout. Sharing the video on her Instagram, she wrote, “My knees are going to be bruiiiiiiiiiised tomorrow thanks to this floor work routine. “

Alaya loves to experiment with different forms of workouts. In another post, the actress shared how, after a lot of practice, she finally managed to do Ball-to-Ball jumping. Sharing the video she said, “Bola tha na?kar ke dikhaungi after many physically and mentally challenging sessions and countless falls and fails, BALL TO BALL JUMPING HAS BEEN UNLOCKED.” She further elaborated on the effectiveness of ball-to-ball jumping and said, “It's not an exercise, it's a skill. Just like a backflip, it's not an exercise meant to train a specific part of the body. It's a skill that requires mobility, balance and strength. It ends up being a full-body workout, but that's not the purpose or aim.”
Alaya has admitted that she also loves to do some Atrangi things. In a video, the actress can be seen performing a complicated exercise. Under the guidance of her fitness coach, Sunpreet Singh, she performed what looked like callisthenic exercises. We could spot a rod above her head, which she used for support and hung onto it with a firm grip. She moved her body up and turned it all the way around. She then left one of her legs crossed with an arm, which stretched across the rest of her body.
From shoulder stands to difficult yoga poses, Alaya F loves to push her boundaries like a true fitness freak.
