Alaya F is a dedicated fitness enthusiast. Her social media showcases her impressive ability to master challenging yoga poses. On Monday, she shared a carousel on Instagram featuring a photo dump. Among the highlights, Alaya demonstrated remarkable skill in a forearm stand aka Pincha Mayurasana. She expertly balanced on her forearms, wrists and palms while keeping her shoulder blades broad. To increase the difficulty, she rolled her legs 180 degrees while maintaining the forearm position and then rolled them back to the starting point. 

The forearm stand is a demanding asana that enhances strength and balance. Regular practice has been known to lead to numerous health benefits, including improved digestion, better posture, increased flexibility and muscle strengthening. But turns out AI was not so impressed by Alaya's flexibility as a Chat GPT roast on the last slide reveals.

Dressed in a black crop top and grey shorts, Alaya set fitness fashion goals. But that was not all the takeaway from the post. The last slide of the post featured a screenshot of a humourous ChatGPT roast which pokes fun at how Alaya's profile looks like the feed of someone who can't decide if they are a fashion model, a fitness influencer or a yoga guru, "the mix of intense workout routines makes me wonder if you're trying to show off your flexibility in more ways than one. Are you lifting weights or lifting spirits..."

Alaya F clearly puts in significant effort during her gym sessions. A few weeks ago, she shared an intense workout routine on Instagram where she attempted to jump from one gym ball to another. Despite multiple attempts, she struggled to succeed and failed each time. In her caption, she wrote, “No pain no gain, some days are just fails here are a few of the hundred fails I had today in the hopes that the 101st tomorrow will be a success.”

Jumping from one gym ball to another requires maintaining balance while transitioning between unstable surfaces. It improves coordination and agility, as precise control and timing are crucial for successful execution. It engages multiple muscle groups, including the legs, core and upper body, leading to increased muscle strength and endurance.
