Alaya Furniturewala's love for fitness needs no proof because it's all over social media. The star loves to keep herself fit by doing various forms of workouts. From Pilates to yoga, there's nothing Alaya can't do. Recently, in an exclusive interview with Connect Cine, Alaya opened up about her diet and fitness routine. When asked whether she is extremely particular about her fitness, she said, “More than particular, I think I really enjoy it, and that's why, even with acting, I like to find joy in things, and then only I do it with passion.” She talked about the time she did yoga and recalled how there were phases in her life when she hadn't done yoga for two to three years, after which, she started again with the same passion.

She said, “I don't believe in doing things with half a heart; there's nothing worse than that. Firstly, you don't do anything good, it doesn't amount to anything, you don't enjoy it, and no one enjoys watching it”. She also said how she believes in doing anything with a full heart and that's how she even follows fitness. “There are many weeks where I don't do any yoga or any fitness, and all I do is sit on my bed and eat and watch TV, so it's not like I am some perfect example of someone that is healthy and fit. Of course I do take care of my health, and I enjoy it, and I enjoy it more than I discipline myself with it," she adds.
Alata further revealed details about her diet and said it's primarily, “very healthy.” She said how everyone these days is very conscious of their diet and said how she never controls the quantity, but she will eat healthy. “I do have my cheat meals; there are days when I order pizza, when I will eat a full cake, but everything in moderation.”, Alaya concluded.
