Need some fitness motivation? Head straight to Alaya Furniturewalla's Instagram feed. Recently, the actress offered her fans a glimpse into her wellness session and like always, the actress left us impressed. Dressed in an all-black athleisure, she began her exercise by executing an effortless headstand. Next, Alaya rolled halfway backward before getting back on her knees with the support of her hands. She does not stop there. She pulled off a brilliant squat, before taking position and leaping upon a gym ball. She not only makes the perfect landing but also balances herself on the ball flawlessly. Her winning smile says it all. “I was so surprised I got this combo on my first proper attempt that I started laughing once I stuck the ball landing. Some days there are no fails,” she captioned, tagging her fitness coach. Gym ball workouts help build core stability, improve posture, flexibility, balance, enhance back and spinal strength and promote rapid weight loss.

Alaya has mastered the art of gym ball exercises. Previously she incorporated an element of challenge to the physical training by jumping from one ball to the other. Note: without faltering. Sharing a video of her performing the arduous feat on Instagram, she wrote, “After many physically and mentally challenging sessions and countless falls and fails, BALL TO BALL JUMPING HAS BEEN UNLOCKED… Please do not try this at home. I have trained a lot to be able to get this and I've done it in a guided and safe environment with Sunpreet Singh. You can get very badly injured if this is done incorrectly and without proper safety.”

Before that, the actress exhibited 10 squats on a gym ball, making it seem super easy. Squats strengthen the lower body muscles like calves, hamstrings and quadriceps, boost flexibility, reduce the risk of injuries, and increase mobility around the hips, knees, and ankle joints.
