Alaya shared a post on her Instagram handle that showed her paddling her way on a board on the Goan waters along with her friends and giving herself the exercise she needed. She added the perfect quote along with the photo dump that said, "Don't let the holiday content fool you, I just started my 75 hard today" along with a cheeky smile emoji.
