Alaya's 21-Day No Break Workout Challenge Is All The Motivation We Need

We don't shy away from confessing that every time we feel a little less motivated to work out, we snoop on Alaya Furniturewalla's social media. Whether it yoga, boxing or cardio in the gym, Alaya swears by her fitness routine. Recently, the actress shared a little confession video on her Instagram stories, wherein she promised herself to work out every single day for the next 21 days. Despite not feeling well, the actress has decided to push herself a little today, so that she can continue her 21-day workout goal without a break. Well, Alaya Furniturewalla has surely taken her promise very seriously. Right after the confession video, the actress also dropped proof for Day 1. In the new clip, Alaya, dressed in a navy blue athleisure set, was seen acing the barbell squats. This sort of form helps in improving the thigh muscles and glutes.

Despite being sick, Alaya Furniturewalla didn't ditch the workout on Day 2. She shared a video, wherein the actress was seen performing lateral squats, while her trainer can be heard counting it for her. This time the actress was seen in an all-black look. Alaya wore a black bralette, atop matching shorts. It is a great workout form to improve overall muscle strength, especially focussing on glutes and legs.

This wasn't all. On her second day of a 21-day workout goal without break, Alaya Furniturewalla also nailed the battle rope exercise, which eventually helps in building shoulders and arm strength.
