Recently, she nailed the chic boss woman look in a monochrome blazer and flared pants from Berlin-based designer Nobi Talai. Alia wore a sleek jacket with wide lapels, folded up sleeves and cream-hued buttons. She paired it with a pair of flared and densely pleated pants. Alia wore chandelier pearl earrings to add oomph to the ensemble. Minimal makeup and a messy hair bun made her look effortlessly beautiful.
