Fashion week is undoubtedly a place to score all the latest trends and find yourself waiting with bated breath for new collections. It would somehow seem incomplete, though, if the ramp wasn't every now and then lit up with the presence of some celebrities. Amazon Fashion Week 2018 didn't disappoint in that regard. While the models did complete justice to the designers they walked for, these celebrities added the extra ounce of glamour only they could bring.
Here are the celebrities we've spotted at Amazon Fashion Week so far.
1. Bipasha Basu
Bipasha Basu looked ethereal as she walked the ramp for designers Karishma & Deepa Sondhi. In a deep coral lehenga replete with floral thread work, Bipasha looked resplendent. Bipasha took the ramp like a pro, only the way a model turned actor of her stature could.
2. Vaani Kapoor
Vaani Kapoor didn't walk for one, but two designers. In a show that saw two designers present their designs together, Vaani Kapoor opened the show in a Gauri and Nainika creation and closed it in a Ashish N Soni one. Vaani looked stunning as she took the ramp first in a white gown created by designers Gauri and Nainika and then later in a pantsuit with a train for Ashish N Soni.
3. Diana Penty
Designers Shyamal and Bhumika left no stone unturned with their Autumn/Winter collection. The range teeming with botanical floral motifs, soft velvets with multi colored sequins and intricate hand embroidery looked exquisite on the ramp. The collection seemed even more magnificent as one watched the showstopper, Diana Penty, walk down the ramp in a red velvet top with a green silk skirt complete with floral work, belted around the waist. Safe to say Diana did complete justice to the designers' creation.
4. Rhea Chakraborty
VJ and actor Rhea Chakraborty made a fine muse for designer Rina Dhaka. Rhea walked the ramp in an off-white creation brought to life by sequins, floral patterns and sheer net exaggerated sleeves.
5. Kartik Aaryan
Kartik Aaryan seems to be the nation's latest heartthrob. The cheering that was heard as he walked the ramp as showstopper for Pawan Sachdeva would definitely have you believe so. Kartik made a dapper model in a white cowl neck kurta, black belted blazer, black trousers and fur slide-on mules.
