Along with designer garments catching our eye, the accompanying makeup and hair grabbed our attention too. Here are 5 of the best beauty looks at the spring summer 2018 edition of Amazon India Fashion Week.
1. Rimzim Dadu
Rimzim Dadu's opening collection at Amazon India Fashion Week was a rather playful one with colourful fur sliders and embroidered florals. The accompanying beauty look was equally playful with strobed skin, a crown braid hairstyle, pink eyeshadow and heaps of highlighter in the inner corner of the eye.
2. Aartivijay Gupta
Aartivijay Gupta knows how to let her printed pieces do the talking with a refreshingly minimal makeup look. It consisted of poker straight centre parted hair, bronze washed eyes, strongly contoured cheeks and peach lips.
3. Nikhita Mynah
With Nikhita Mynah's collection of metallics, was a classic makeup look sported brilliantly by Aahana Kumra. With a touch of shimmer on the centre of the lid and saucy red lips, Aahana Kumar's beauty look also included warm terracotta toned cheeks and smooth locks.
4. Rina Dhaka
Rina Dhaka knows how to make a statement effortlessly, as she did at her collection showcase. Along with the billowy silhouettes and light layers, the beauty look included glowing skin, a centre parted low ponytail and neutral mauve lip.
5. Ashish N Soni
Known for his spectacular reinvention of the classics, Ashish N Soni gave it a twist with a statement making beauty look on the ramp. Along with suiting up, models wore a striking graphic eye liner, heavily contoured faces and tightly knotted updos.
