So once we wrapped up Vineet Bahl, the atmosphere and the vibe of the fashion week was picking up. There was a lot of buzz and excitement for the next three designers!
Hemant and Nandita were up next and boy, what a show! They turned to the old designs to give the millennial a new twist. The vintage vibes were on point. Inspired by every fashion girl's favourite film, Picnic At Hanging Rock, florals and voluminous dresses were the highlight. The frill dresses and the pointed kitten heels have our heart.
Next up was Rina Dhaka for whom South Indian actress, Nidhhi Agerwal walked the ramp. The show was powered by Honor Mobile with white ruffles and tie-dye standing out.
The day ended with Ashish N Soni celebrating his 25 years in the industry. For this collection, he was inspired by the colour black. He highlighted the simplicity of the colour black by using over 30 different textured black fabrics so that nothing appears flat and boring. What we loved about the show was that the men were in stockings and the women were in high slits. Ready to wear, party gowns for the upcoming festive season were beautifully showcased and yes, those too were in black. Disco party, bang on!
And this how Day 2 was wrapped. Excited for Day 3? Stay tuned. Follow our Instagram page for live updates.
