Natasa Stankovic's healthy lifestyle is all about eating clean and sweating it out in the gym. So, every time we feel a little less motivated, we stop by her Instagram page for some motivation. Well, yet again, the actress has treated us with some fitness inspiration as she dropped some pictures and videos on Instagram and posted,  “happy moments”. What caught our attention was a clip of her dance in the gym. In the clip, Natasa can be seen dancing her heart out, while lip-syncing to the track being played in the gym. Dressed in a black-crop T-shirt and high-waist shorts, Natasa is simply nailing her quick and spontaneous choreography. Natasa's brilliant footwork tells a lot about her physical fitness. Needless to say, Natasa makes her moves appear so effortless. Dance is not just a way to uplift the mood but is a great way to kill some calories as well.

Natasa Stankovic's disciplined regime has always been a perfect way to draw some inspiration for any beginner to kickstart their fitness journey. Before this, Natasa dropped a video, showing her weight training. The video shows Natasa beginning her workout with a few reps of deadlift. Then she can be seen attempting lunges with 12.5 kg dumbbells in each hand. Next, she gives a whirl to Bulgarian split squats using weights. If you are looking to build strong legs and improve the stability of your thighs, then you must definitely include Bulgarian split squats in your routine. 

Believe it or not, even the most intense of the workouts appear like a cakewalk when Natasa Stankovic attempts it. Earlier, she was seen attempting a barbell hip thrust. She shared a clip of herself performing this workout. In case you don't know, the barbell hip thrust is a lower-body strength training exercise. The exercise is performed by lifting the lower back and torso region with the support of your knees. Then bend it while the upper body rests on a bench. The exercise works for the lower body muscles, especially the glute muscles.
