Yet again, the actress treated her Insta-fam with a super-cool workout. Natasa's little companions were the usual suspects: her son Agastya and nephew Kavir. Dressed in a black cropped top and white pants, she displayed her grooviest moves to the A Bar Song track. Shyness took a backseat as Natasa shook a leg with the kiddos. Her deft footwork, hand gestures, and body movements showcased commendable flexibility and physical strength. This was not the first time that Natasa was seen parting dance lessons to her online fanbase. In another Instagram entry, she shared a picture carousel documenting some “happy moments” from her life. What got us hooked was her dance clip at the gym. She wore a full-sleeved black crop top and matching shorts dancing her heart out to a peppy song. Her deft moves and spontaneous choreography were simply endearing to watch. She lips-synced to the lyrics enjoying every beat with a smile. After all, it is no secret that dance is an instant mood-lifter, reduces depression, and improves our mental well-being.

Before that, Natasa shifted her attention to performing weight training exercises to get “stronger every day”. In an Instagram video, cricketer Hardik Pandya's wife was seen commencing the arduous training with a deadlift reps. She attempted lunges carrying 12.5 kg dumbbells on both hands. Bulgarian split squats with weights came next in her workout itinerary. Weight training activities strengthen bones, regulate blood sugar levels, improve endurance, boost metabolism, and burn calories.
