Malaika Arora never fails to serve motivation with her power-packed yoga sessions. While we are struggling to get through the week, Malaika sent us a dose of fitness inspiration with her latest workout video. On Instagram she wrote, “Never underestimate a woman with a yoga mat”. She started with an arm workout, placing her hand behind her head and stretching repeatedly. It was followed by a waist twist exercise that targeted the stomach, followed by leg stretching and side bends. First, she did it with one stretched hand and then with both. Malaika's physical training session did not end just there. She further executed push-ups, lunges, arm rotations with dumbbells and side planks, making sure that she is focusing on muscle strengthening as well. She majorly focused on stretching activities as they are known to increase blood flow and improve flexibility. They are also a great way to improve posture and movement.

Even on Easter, Malaika Arora made sure to dive into exercise after celebrations. Time and again, she has laid importance on yoga asana. “An egg-stra healthy and special Easter everyone,” she wished on Instagram before resuming her sweating session. Malaika performed a range of yoga poses including Chakrasana, Naukasna, and Chamatkarasana. Yoga helps with digestion in addition to toning and shaping the body while also promoting mental peace and balance. The exercises Malaika performed targeted the spine, lower back, lower upper abdomen, legs and core muscles. 

Unleashing her inner fitness enthusiast yet again, Malaika Arora put forward a noble thought, “Yoga is not just a workout. It's a way of life”. She attempted the Vinyasa flow yoga with her arms in the air and legs wide apart. It was followed by a series of deep squats, a handstand plank pushup, Mountain Climbers exercise, semi-squats, and some stretching workouts. Once they were done, the diva returned to a plank position. Exercising in general is an instant mood booster. It alleviates stress, boosts energy, increases blood flow and helps in weight loss.
