Mrunal Thakur and Vijay Deverakonda are all set to woo their fans with their upcoming film Family Star. As the film is just a few days away from its release, the stars are super busy with the promotional spree. On Monday, the makers hosted a pre-release event, which ended up being a fun, musical extravaganza and of course, a stylish one too. What really caught our attention was Mrunal and Vijay's stunning style. Mrunal wore a Faria-Dasiy set from the shelves of Sheetal Batra. The ivory number featured a peplum-style kurta, crafted in Chanderi silk fabric, paired with a Dogri salwar in the matching hue and scallop hem. Mrunal rounded it off with a silk organza dupatta. The outfit was adorned with an overall Kashmiri Tilla and Parsi Gara embroidery that was further elevated with Basra pearls.
Vijay Deverakonda looked dapper in his dhoti set. The actor picked a blush pink number from the shelves of fashion designer Chandrika Raamz. The knee-length kurta featured a mock neckline and button detailing on the front. He created monochrome magic with a matching dhoti. The actor finished his look by pairing it with tan-hued kolhapuri chappal.
It seems Mrunal Thakur and Vijay Deverakonda have been in love with ethnic wear lately. On the occasion of Holi, the two twinned in all-white looks. Mrunal looked stunning in a sleeveless knee-length kurta with scallop borders, a V-neckline, and subtle embroidery. The actress teamed it with straight ankle-length trousers featuring similar scallop detailing around the hem. Once again, she rested her faith in a pair of mojris to complete her ethnic style. The final touch was the matching dupatta, resting on her shoulders. Vijay Deverakonda looked handsome in his plain white kurta pyjama. Adding a stylish touch to the monochrome look was his aviators.
Earlier, Mrunal Thakur shared a series of behind-the-scene clicks from the sets of Family Star. The slew of pictures shows Mrunal and Vijay Deverakonda twinning in black. However, this time the two actors ditched ethnic style for form-fitted trench coats.
