If someone could be said to be ageing like fine wine in Bollywood, it has to be Tabu. Her graceful personality and talent are an inspiration for many. In her style choices, she is always one step ahead of her contemporaries. In her latest appearance at the Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 17, Tabu weaved six yards of elegance in an Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla saree. Rich black in colour, the ethnic number featured sequin-embellished boho-chic designs in gold accents. The borders and pallu were equally adorned with similar gold detailing in an array of patterns, boasting excellent craftsmanship. She teamed the gorgeous ensemble with a noodle-strap blouse. She made no mistakes in the makeup department either. The diva dusted her skin with a blush-contour mix, applied a nude lip shade, and sported muted smokey eyes. Her minimal accessories comprised hoops and a delicate bracelet. She styled her hair in a sleek ponytail.

Earlier, Tabu cast a spell on us as she picked out another stunning black-toned saree from the shelves of designer Abraham & Thakore. “Hand-embroidered with a galaxy of sequins”, the six-yard drape was crafted in a “lightweight silky smooth crepe de chine”. Enhancing the visual depth of the attire were the green-sequinned geometric shapes along the bodice and pallu. The black full-sleeved cotton-knit blouse boasted embellished cuffs, giving the impression of “natural bracelets”. Tabu accessorised her traditional wonder with just silver earrings. Contoured-blushed cheeks, mauve lip tint, and dramatic smokey eyes elevated her allure. A top-tied hair bun sealed her OOTD.
Adopting the perfect traditional avatar, Tabu gave the colour-blocking fashion trend a spin with her vibrant saree-torial pick. Once again turning muse to designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla, the diva draped herself in a dark green and maroon-red six-yard staple, that came with exquisite silver prints. Adding more hues to her vivid ethnic game, she wore an orange blouse, adorned with gold detailing. Neutral makeup with nude lips and an eyeliner-kajal combo framed her face beautifully. A rose garland-secured hair bun paved the way for her dangly earrings to shine.
