When Tanishaa Mukerji is not busy turning heads with her sartorial choices, you will find her inspiring us with her rigorous workout routine. Tanishaa follows a disciplined fitness routine, which is a mix of everything but she swears by her pilates sessions. Proving that she is a “pilates girl”, Tanishaa dropped a video of her recent session. Dressed in a lemon green athleisure set, Tanishaa in the clip can be seen working out while focusing on her core. The video starts with Tanishaa utilising a reformer machine to stretch her legs and work on her arms using a ring. This routine targets the spine's mobility, strengthens the core, and enhances flexibility, mobility, and coordination. Following that, she incorporates a ball into her routine, focusing on leg stretches. Sharing the clip, she wrote, “Work that core! Work multiple muscle groups with combined movements! Keep it interesting.”

Tanishaa Mukerji also recently shared a video of her latest Pilates session, showcasing her mastery of the shoulder stand atop the reformer machine. Alongside the clip, she included a note with a serious disclaimer for her fans. Tanishaa Mukerji wrote, “May Day 1! This short spine move on the reformer is my absolute favourite! My trainer Namrata really worked with me on this! Please, try with a trained professional! These moves may look easy but if done wrong it can seriously hurt your neck and back! So be safe, be healthy and be a “pilates girl”.

Before this, we spotted Tanishaa Mukerji working on her flexibility and joints. Once again, the actress used the reformer machine to sweat it out. Tanishaa shared a video on Instagram, kicking off with focus on leg exercises before transitioning to core work. Along with the video Tanishaa wrote, “Back to the wonderful world of pilates!” She ended the video with the hashtags, “Pilates girl, flexibility, movement, meditation.”
