Hey Kareena Kapoor fans, drop everything and rush straight to her Instagram timeline. The actress is back at setting her fitness goals and how. No points for guessing that Kareena has yet again updated fans about her yoga session. The Jaane Jaan star swears by yoga. But rarely have we been told that Kareena has her utmost favourite asana. Wondering what? Hint: It has a lot to do with the strength of your arms, shoulders and wrists. Yes, you guessed that right. Kareena has dropped a couple of pictures of herself performing chakrasana, which is popularly referred to as the wheel pose. Just performing would be an understatement, when in reality she was nothing less than a pro. The actress successfully created a perfect arch with the help of her wrists and toes. The Puma ambassador, expectedly picked an athleisure set from the brand. For her yoga session, Kareena wore a black bralette with pink tights. Sharing the pictures, Kareena wrote, “Do you have a pose that keeps you on your toes?” The actress ended her caption with the hashtag, “Love my chakrasana.”

Of course, this wasn't the first time Kareena Kapoor gave a whirl to chakrasana. Last week also Kareena dropped a picture of herself performing a perfect wheel pose on Instagram Stories. Originally, the post was shared by Kareena's yoga trainer Anshuka on her Instagram page. Apart from strengthening your arms, wrist and shoulders, chakrasana helps in toning the abdominal region, relieves stress, aids with backaches and is amazing for people who have asthma. In addition, the pose also strengthens your legs, buttocks, abdomen, and spine.

Kareena Kapoor's yoga session has always been inspiring. Earlier, yoga trainer Anshuka dropped a video of the actress, giving multiple asanas a whirl. In the clip, we can see Kareena displaying her balance and flexibility through stretching and weight training exercises. In a black sports bra and neon pink tights, Kareena pulled off shoulder stands with utmost ease. Another frame shows the actress attending to her thigh muscles, balancing a weight on them followed by yoga wheels, squats, and tarpaulin jumps.
