Kate Middleton with husband Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge looked resplendent at the starry event. Kate wore a white Alexander McQueen gown with gold polka dots, slim sleeves and a nipped waist. Paired with the outfit were gold Jimmy Choo pumps, floral designed jewellery and a gold clutch.
