Beyonce Gives Us Her Dose Of Dazzle Dressed In A Gaurav Gupta Gown With Over 2,000 Crystals, 40,000 Sequins And Glass Beads

Beyonce's ongoing Renaissance World Tour has become a realm of music meets fashion. And, “Queen Bey” is ruling every bit of it dressed in Indian couturier Gaurav Gupta's creations. While the tour is nothing short of a treat to her fans, the pop star rests her faith on the shoulders of Indian couturier Gaurav Gupta yet again. The third time's the charm it seems. The ensemble is from the designer's Hiranyagarbha collection, earlier previewed at Paris Couture Week and the recently held India Couture Week 2023. The shimmery outfit featured more than 20,000 crystals, over 40,000 sequins and glass beads that were hand sewn. Continuing the trajectory of the saree-style gown, it featured a hood, easily the most popular trend off the charts, which trails down to a bodycon gown with cutout elements. The outfit also carried Gaurav Gupta's signature futuristic flair but in a subtle way with curves and arches. Beyonce did shine bright like a diamond.

The fashion world is well aware that Gaurav Gupta's strength has always been his swirling structures and statuesque drapes. So when Beyonce turned his muse, the designer made sure to put his signature elements to good use. The pop star slipped into a neon green saree gown not very long ago. Creating a stunning case of “couture meets renaissance”, the ensemble featured a hooded, asymmetric structure that draped her and flew down from the midriff. Cutout elements highlighted her midriff region. Beyonce styled it simply, with neon green heels and one silver wrist cuff.

During her concert in North Carolina, Beyonce wore a meticulously crafted corset bodysuit. The all-white ensemble was high on the designer's signature futuristic flair on one shoulder, which flew down to her midriff region. The outfit was attached to a grazingly high pair of embellished white boots to keep her look strictly white. Gaurav Gupta is on a roll and Beyonce is rolls with him.
