The actress also gave a whirl to goblet squat that targets your calves, glutes and quads. We also caught glimpses of Bhumi engaging in weight training and kettlebell exercises which indeed are a great way to improve overall muscles. Sharing the video, she wrote, “Slowly and steadily."

While Bhumi Pednekar is a big-time foodie, she makes sure to compensate for her gastronomical adventures with generous gym sessions. Before this, Bhumi shared a mirror selfie video of herself walking on the treadmill. For her fitness session, the actress slipped into a blue bralette and black tights. Sharing the clip, she wrote, “I ate 2 doughnuts, hormones got me.”
