Bhumi Pednekar's Bronzed Makeup Tutorial Will Hold You Until Your Next Holiday

With photoshoots, glam squads and fashion stylists on hold until COVID-19 recedes, Bollywood celebrities are showing off their skills that aren't usually visible in front of the camera. Like playing musical instruments and painting, makeup artistry is one of their many talents. Following in the footsteps of Disha Patani and Mandira Bedi, Bhumi Pednekar too is quite the makeup maven. We're accustomed to her talent on the silver screen but what goes on in backstage? That's a first for us. In a post on Instagram, the actress demonstrated a makeup look of bronzed skin, brown eyes and shimmery lips. A beach holiday may not be on the horizon but at least you can get the beauty look like it.

To get Bhumi Pednekar's makeup look at home, here are the steps to follow.

For The Base:

Start by priming the face with moisturiser, applying foundation and blending it in with an applicator. Bhumi uses a sponge. Add concealer over the high points and blend with the sponge. Complete it by spraying with face mist.

For The Eyes:

Prime the eyes and apply a shade of shadow that's closest to the skin over the lid. Top this with bronze shadow until the outer end and below the lash line. Use a darker shade of brown over the lower lash line and blend into the crease. Apply a narrow flick of black shadow to create a smoked-out look at the outer ends of the eyes. Curl the eyelash curler and use mascara on the upper and lower lashes. Use brow product to make the eye brows full.

For The Face:

Dot concealer under the eyes, the nose and any discolouration in the area. Blend in place with the sponge. Use a large brush to apply bronzer onto the temples, hollows of the cheeks and jaw line. Use a defined brush to apply highlighter over the brow bones, cheek bones and nose.

For The Lips:

Apply a nude toned glossy lipstick and smudge it at the lip lines. Finish off the makeup look and mist the face.
