Samantha Ruth, one of Tollywood's most loved actresses, tied the knot to the love of her life, Naga Chaitanya in October. Their wedding was nothing short of a fairytale, with a Hindu wedding followed by a Christian wedding in Goa where Chaitanya first proposed. The wedding has been the talk of the town since January 2017, when they got engaged, and is still doing the rounds as they just threw a grand reception in Hyderabad after they came back from their honeymoon! Take cue, fly away right after the wedding for your honeymoon and deal with the reception craziness later. There's no denying that Samantha looked like a dream on all of her functions - she's laughing, crying but most of all glowing in all of her pictures. For her pre-wedding shoot, she wore her best friend Kresha Bajaj's creation. In fact, Samantha wore Kresha's creations for her mehendi and her Christian wedding too.
See here, she's wearing a heavy-embellished golden lehenga with a bustier blouse and some polki jewellery. She looks breathtakingly beautiful. For her Mehendi, she chose a lehenga in shades of ice blue and baby pink with a lot of cut work and crystals. What a lovely and different colour for a mehendi.
For her Hindu wedding, Samantha went for a Sabyasachi saree. Dorned as a south Indian bride, she looks nothing less than a beautiful princess.
In another creation of her best friend's for the Christian wedding, look how Samantha is beaming. Keeping her gown heavy, she chose to wear a delicate diamond necklace with it.
Samantha and Chaitanya had two receptions. One for their close family and friends and one after their honeymoon for everyone else! For the smaller reception, Samantha wore a pastel green floral embellished lehenga by Anamika Khanna with metallic nails and minimal makeup. Who said a bride can't have minimal makeup?
For the big fat reception, Samantha chose a Falguni Shane Peacock embellished gown with feathers as the trail. Minimal jewellery and hair swept to the side, so gorgeous!
