Some dresses collect enough milestones to be remembered for a lifetime; some more than others. This one has collected enough landmarks for multiple lifetimes. Grier Henchy, the 18-year-old daughter of former Hollywood actress Brooke Shields, had the privilege of picking a very precious possession for herself which belonged to her mother. In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, the star shared that Grier's dress for her 2024 high school graduation was actually her first wedding dress. Brooke said, "Her graduation dress was my first wedding dress. We had to re-bone it a little bit so it was tight and sleek. We took out all the poof because I didn't want it poofy and we made it strapless." Greir was snapped during her graduation wearing the timeless ivory creation. It featured a strapless corset-like bodice with a flared skirt of the satin off-white fabric. She wore it with pointed pumps and carried a matching bouquet of flowers in her hand.

On the delightful moment, Brooke said, "She looked great in it. It's such an honor when they want to wear your stuff. Normally they don't think I'm cool." The actress originally wore the dress in question for her first wedding to tennis star Andre Agassi in 1997, who she divorced in 1999. Back then, her dress came with broad straps across her shoulders and she styled it with a veil tucked behind her updo hairstyle.
Fashion came full circle for this famous family and this dress has certainly raked up the memorable milestones it has be worn for.
