Giving “Garden Of Time” a whole new meaning, Cardi B graced the red carpet of the Met Gala 2024 in an all-black look. For her fifth appearance at the gala, the American rapper slipped into an enormous Windowsen gown. But what made heads turn was Cardi's contrasting diamond and emerald jewellery set. The pop sensation picked massive natural diamond and emerald jewellery from India-based Kamyen Jewellery by Kumud Hirawat. As per media reports, the emerald alone weighed 141.71 carats and included 127.42 carats worth of diamonds. Cardi B's lavish diamond necklace was attached to a tear-drop emerald green pendant. She paired it with matching statement earrings made of gold, emerald and diamond, a few rings and a bracelet that matched her green manicure.

This is not the first time Cardi B has had an Indian connection with her fashion choices. A fashion supernova in her own right, she looks for nothing ordinary. Perhaps that is why she has rested her faith on Indian couturier Gaurav Gupta multiple times. From music videos to red carpets to recently headlining the front row of Paris Couture Week for his show in a lime green hooded gown, she has a favourite as far as structure is concerned that the designer's creations provide effortlessly.
