Carla Dennis and singer Arjun Kanungo tied the knot after being together for many years, in an intimate wedding gathering. The South African model has often lent her gorgeous face for the purpose of playing muse to some of fashion's biggest names. She has twirled many times in enchanting lehengas for many designers but something about dressed to absolute wedding perfection in a red Sabyasachi lehenga wasn't something we were prepared for. The best was yet to come. The traditional touch with the golden embroidery sat beautifully on the lehenga that further matched the dupatta bordered with soft kiran which she wore as a veil while another was draped like a saree pallu. Sabyasachi's signature touch is incomplete without a blouse that celebrates tradition with modern sensibilities and for a lehenga as deep-rooted as this; the blouse had to be as exquisite. The red lehenga comes with an embroidered blouse that has a long plunging neckline and two doris for closure at the back.

No Indian bride is complete without her dose of bling and neither was Carla. The jewellery by Tyaani Jewellery comprised a dainty choker, a 3-tier rani haar, a maathapatti, dangling chandbalis, statement rings, bangles stacked up and a haathphool. Does it get any more desi-er than that?
The beauty girls will be impressed by her minimal makeup for her big day. Carla Dennis is a stunner as it is and barely needed any makeup for the most special day of her life. Minimal eye makeup to highlight the eyes, a nude lip, a bindi and her wavy hair left loose add the perfect finishing touch anyone woman could ask for to begin a new journey of a lifetime.
