Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are undoubtedly one of Bollywood's most beloved power couples. The lovebirds are now ready to start a new chapter in their lives. After welcoming their adorable daughter, Dua, in September last year, the family of three are now set to move into their brand-new luxury apartment.

The location could not be more iconic, it is right next to Shah Rukh Khan's legendary residence, Mannat, in Bandra, Mumbai.

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh's new apartment is part of an ultra-luxurious residential project near Bandstand, a prime area known for its celebrity neighbourhood and breathtaking views. A clip shared by Instant Bollywood gives fans a glimpse of the almost-finished building. The footage highlights just how close the property is to Mannat.

According to MoneyControl, the sprawling property spans an impressive 11,266 square feet, with an additional 1,330 square feet of terrace space. Spread across four floors, from the 16th to the 19th, this dream home is worth a staggering ₹100 Crore. Designed with modern interiors and offering panoramic views of the Arabian Sea, the apartment is nothing short of a masterpiece.

In February last year, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone announced that they were expecting a baby, and in September, they welcomed their first child, a baby girl. They revealed her name, Dua, on Diwali 2024.
