Everyone is talking about Deepika's look at the recent GQ fashion night. Well, what if we told you that what we thought was a saree, wasn't a saree at all? Decked from head to toe in her favourite Sabyasachi, Deepika certainly looks stunning but isn't wearing one. What we think is a saree is actually a combination of a floor length skirt, a plunging blouse and a trail dupatta.

Deepika's stylist, Shaleena Nathani has styled the three garments beautifully to give it the momentary illusion of being a saree on first glance. Like we've said before, a belt can add so much oomph to your outfit which Deepika just proved it to us. The entire outfit wouldn't have stood out without that belt. With uncut diamonds on her ears and the lace blouse with the trail dupatta, this outfit is what fashion dreams are made of! Paired with smokey eye makeup and a high ponytail, Deeps is slaying and how in this gorgeous all black ensemble. PS: the outfit was custom made for the beauty.
Along with her, Deepika's dapper Padmavati co-star Shahid Kapoor was also spotted at the event as a show stopper for Amit Aggarwal in an all black outfit too. Planned ahead, did we guys? Gotta love those embellished gloves, we'd totally be wearing them all winter long.
