Iconic rapper Eminem's daughter Hailie Jade will be “waking up (as) a wife” from now on. After roughly 8 years of dating, the 28-year-old married long-time partner Evan McClintock in an intimate and dreamy wedding ceremony earlier this week. Hailie basked in sublime joy in the carousel of pictures that she dropped on Instagram. She looked as ready as ever to start a new chapter with the love of her life. The social media influencer was the epitome of vintage grace in her white nuptial gown. The strapless ensemble featured a long ruffled train, which added some drama to her divine avatar. Serving the perfect contrast to his bride's allure was Evan's suaveness in a black tuxedo. He teamed the suit-up look with a white shirt underneath. A flower brooch was tucked into one of the pockets. The groom even looked a little emotional, happy to call her girlfriend a life partner now.
In the heartwarming snaps, the couple sealed their forever love with a kiss on the aisle. They doubled up the romantic quotient with another sweet display of affection on a car. Offering some insights into her weekend-long wedding celebration, Hailie wrote, “We couldn't have asked for a better, more beautiful weekend celebration. So many happy tears were shed, laughs & smiles were had, & so much love was felt. Evan and I are feeling so grateful for all of the family and friends who travelled to support us and be a part of this new chapter of our lives as husband and wife.” The diamond emoji in the post was likely a subtle indication that they were tied by an invisible bond of tenderness.
According to Vanity Fair, Hailey's father "Eminem danced with his daughter at the reception, dressed in a classic black tuxedo and wearing black shades." Rappers Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, and Jimmy Iovine also made their presence known as guests at the wedding.
The couple's insta official relationship timeline begins in 2016 when they attended college at Michigan State University. "Couldn't have asked for a better 21st birthday celebration (or a better guy to have by my side)" reads her caption.
Following this her feed has a few scattered posts of the couple, leading to the engagement announcement in February last year.
Turns out that like every other couple, Hailie and Evan had a few bumps in their relationship. A year ago Hailie got into the details of her relationship with Evan in her Just A Little Shady Podcast, in an episode titled, "Calling Out Our Boyfriends." She revealed, "We go to bed, and I swear to God in like three seconds his head hits the pillow... There's been a time that we've had full conversations and he wakes up and he's like ... 'What were we talking about?'"
Last year in November, Hailie Jade and Evan McClintock dished out major couple goals, twinning in white ensembles. They were dressed to the nines for Thanksgiving at which Hailie was “thankful” to have her beau by her side and Evan's affectionate gaze showed his gratitude for standing beside the girl of his dreams.
Hailie and Evan are pure couple goals and both fans and friends alike will wish them continued success in their relationship as now a newly wedded couple.
