The actress tapped into the hardcore fitness zone with her workout circuit. In the video, she was seen focussing on her lower body, core and back with multiple exercises.

She started off with split lunges using a bench for a variation. The workout is a great way to work on the thighs and overall leg muscles. It is also a great way to improve posture and flexibility. 

Next up, she moved to dumbbell rowing. After she bent her body parallel to the floor, she started her workout. Apart from working on the back, this workout also helps to work on the core. The core needs to be kept tightened throughout the workout for better results.

She then moved to a variation of sit ups that focused on the right posture. With a focus on the core and a weight plate in hand, the actress performed the exercise. Not only it works on the leg muscles but the weight also helps to focus on the core and other muscles.

Another exercise was a variation of a stretch in which she was seen bending on one side while holding a kettlebell in another hand and keeping her head up. This workout helps to open up the body and works on the lower body. 

Her last workout was a variation of leg raises. However, she intensified it by moving her upper body as well to touch her toes. If you want a strengthened, toned core, this is just the workout you need to try out right away!
