Eva Longoria brings high energy to everything she does and same goes for her fitness regimen. In the video, the actress was seen starting off with a variation of cable front raise. She bent her body and performed the workout. Known for stabilising and strengthening the shoulders, cable front raise isa great way for improved mobility. It also helps to work of the core and strengthens it.

Next, she moved to a variation of dumbbell row where she was seen using a fast-paced movement using dumbbells alternatively. This exercise is known for targeting upper and lower back muscles and also helps to tone the back.

Next on her list was the single-arm dumbbell row. She took support of a bench and used a kettlebell to perform the exercise. For improved back muscles and strengthened arms, add this workout to your routine.
