While we are on the brink of thinking about relaxing things to do for the weekend, Preity Zinta is hitting the gym for some "me time". If you are a fitness enthusiast, nothing can stand in the way of your workout routine. Zinta often invests her leisure time in fitness and her latest post is proof. Every fitness junkie knows what it takes to do a good set of squats and the former actress seems to have mastered it. She shared a video and posted, "The best part of the day for me is my time in the Gym. It's where I get some "Me" time. Time to reconnect with my body & feel good with all the post workout endorphins." In the video, she was seen doing a variation of squats using a kettlebell. She is resting against an exercise ball at the back. While squats are beneficial for strengthening the thighs, the addition of keeping the ball supported with the back targets the core simultaneously and helps in improving the balance as well.
