So you've woken up one morning, glanced in the mirror and found yourself an angry red zit on your face. It wasn't there a week ago and on a day like this, when you've got an important day at work or in university lined up, it's the last thing you need to dent your self-confidence. But if you thought it only happened to you and me, you're mistaken. It really does happen to beautiful people like Tamannaah Bhatia too. In a recent post on her Instagram page, the star was faced with one of those "not so good skin days" and like the stand up person she is, instead of hiding under the covers, she did the exact opposite.

On one such particular day, Tamannaah decided to film herself "no filter" and proceeded to tell her followers that she had chosen to love herself even on such days because that didn't take away from who she is, what she looks like and how she feels. So what did she do? Tamannaah said, "I'm just going to go to work and have an amazing day. I'm sending everyone a lot of love" Her advice? "It happens to everyone and it's about just being human. I'm going to love myself just like I love myself on great skin days." Message received, Ms. Bhatia. No matter how bad you think the scar is, how dark you think the pigmentation is or how rough your skin is, everyone has gone through it at some point or another. Keep your chin up, keep the positivity high and take heart in the fact that it won't last forever.
