It may be the middle of the monsoon but we've got summer on our minds. The sunshine-filled days and preppy seasonal style always have a special place in our hearts. So why are we thinking about summer days out of nowhere? It's because of Ananya Panday. The Bollywood actress attended Aamir Khan's dinner party for the Russo brothers and Dhanush in the city along with many other celebrities like Malaika Arora, Sara Ali Khan and Maheep Kapoor. Even with plenty of starry style on display, we're pleased to report that Ananya Panday came out at the top of her class.

The Bollywood actress wore a red and white checked co-ordinated set that was fit for a picnic on the beach. It included a thick strap crop top with frayed edges and a wraparound mini skirt both in the pattern with a tweed texture. It also put Ananya's slim physique and defined abs on display. For footwear, she wore a pair of strap pair of red sandals that teamed well with the shades of her outfit along with gold dangling earrings.

Looking bright and fresh-faced, Ananya wore her short hair in loose waves. Coral toned cheeks and glossy lips only added to its charm. We're pretty sure one look at Ananya and you'd have summer on your mind too. With a delightfully minimal and chic outfit as this one, we don't see how you cannot possibly fantasize about the sunny season!
