For those of you wondering, award season is not yet over. The end and beginning of every year is marked by a gush of award shows - and endless 'who wore what' lists. Can you really blame us? What celebrities choose to wear to these awards shows is one of the most exciting parts for us mere mortals who are watching all of this from the comfort of our homes.
Last night there was one more award show for the season - The Nykaa Femina Beauty Awards. Here's what some your favourite celebrities in attendance were wearing.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
For the award function last night, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan stuck to her signature style. One has seen the 'princess gown' silhouette on Aishwarya many times before - and last night was no different. Aishwarya walked the red carpet in a black and beige princess gown from Kuwait fashion house, La Bourjoisie. Even though her look was no different from many of her red carpet appearances before, her elegance remained unparalleled.

Aditi Rao Hydari
Aditi Rao Hydari always manages to stun with her nude, soft makeup and pastel coloured outfits. Last night at the Nykaa Femina Beauty awards too, she did just that. Aditi wore a lilac gown from Shriya Som. Her gown was embellished with swarovski stones and also featured ostrich Feather accents on the skirt. Her makeup which was done by Elton J Fernandez complimented her outfit perfectly.

Disha Patani
Disha Patani made quite the statement at the awards show last night as she attended in a sheer nude and gold Manish Malhotra gown. The gown was filled with gold sequins work all over and had a net trail on one side. Although the lower half of the gown was completely sheer, Disha looked far from raunchy. One could perhaps take tips from Disha Patani on how to wear a sheer and nude dress and still look so poised.

Malaika Arora
Malaika Arora attended the function in a royal blue gown from Milan based designer, Antonio Riva. Malaika, who at 44 is quite the Bollywood fitness icon, usually chooses outfits that can show her perfectly sculpted body off. Given that, last nights choice of outfit was quite different from Malaika's usual. Nonetheless, she did look resplendent in this deep coloured gown.

Kiara Advani
Kiara Advani, best known for her role in MS. Dhoni, is usually known to make some pretty good fashion choices. Although, looking at the outfit she chose to wear last night, one may not be able to concur with that. Kiara's Papa Don't Preach by Shubhika gown, with its sheer and aqua corset and violet frilled tulle skirt was, fair to say we think, a questionable fashion choice.

Tanisha Mukherjee
Kajol's younger sister, Tanisha, really came into the limelight after her stint in reality show, Bigg Boss 7. Tanisha is often seen making appearances with her celebrity mom and sister for various events, but her fashion choices, much like her sisters, have often come under fire. Last night though, for the Femina Beauty Awards, Tanisha's choice of outfit was refreshingly classic. Tanisha chose to wear a bottle green gown with a plunging neckline. We love that she chose to pair her already plain dress with minimal accessories.

Surveen Chawla
Actress Surveen Chawla was also in attendance at last night's award show. Surveen was wearing a red gown with a slit going up one leg, cold shoulders and frills on the sleeves. While we think she could have done better, she was definitely far from worst-dressed.

Masaba Gupta
While we're not sure who designed designer Masaba's outfit (we think it might be her own creation), she definitely broke the monotony on the red carpet by owning it in a variant of the classic black pant suit instead of a gown. Masaba's belted top and frill flared pants are hard to dislike. She paired it simple accessories from Suhani Parekh's MISHO's jewellery.

Shibani Dandekar
Actress, model and TV show host, Shibani Dandekar attended the award show wearing a deep purple gown from Appapop. Given that Shibani's fashion choices are usually way above average, with her never shying away from experimenting, we have to say this particular ensemble definitely had us a bit disappointed.

Zareen Khan
Zareen Khan wore a gold embellished gown to the show. While her House of Eda gown was better than a lot of choices she's made in the past, we really wish she had picked an outfit that was more flattering on her.
