Femina Miss India 2018 Anukreethy Vas Is A Budding Fashionista, Watch Out

And we have it! The 55th edition of Femina Miss India 2018 pageant concluded with the crowing of the Miss India title, last night. Unless you are living under a rock, we are pretty sure you were as excited and looking forward to seeing who will bag the title this time. Among the 30 contestants, 19-year old Anukreethy Vas from Tamil Nadu took the 'Miss India 2018' crown home whereas Meenakshi Chaudhary from Haryana was crowned the first runner-up followed by Shreya Rao Kamavarapu from Andhra Pradesh, who secured the second runner-up position.

Anukreethy Vas will now represent India at Miss World 2018 while the two runners-up will represent the country at Miss Grand International 2018 and Miss United Continents 2018 respectively. And that, ladies and gents, is some serious honour.

A student of Loyola College (Chennai), Anukreethy's profile on the Femina page says that her interests are "dancing, acting, modelling, and being in front of the camera". So obviously we raided her Instagram to figure out her personal style statement as she posed "in front of the camera."

In all honesty, Vas seems like yet another inspirational tale of following your dreams and making it big. Her personal style is simple and looks like the high street designer dresses are yet to make a regular appearance in her everyday life.
